We’re excited to offer our students a Live 1 on 1 Support feature – where you can get your doubts and issues resolved directly over a live Zoom call.
✅ Pre-Requirements Before Joining the 1:1 Support
- Join using a Laptop or PC – Mobile devices may limit screen sharing and smooth troubleshooting.
- Zoho Meeting App must be installed – Avoid browser-based joining for a better experience.
- Keep your question/problem ready – Be clear on what you need help with to save time.
- Stable internet connection – Minimum speed of 10 Mbps is recommended for smooth video/audio.
- Working Mic and Camera – Communication is key during the session.
- Prepare relevant screenshots or login access – If the issue is related to a tool, dashboard, or ad account, have necessary details ready.
- Be respectful and patient – Support is provided to one student at a time. Kindly wait for your turn.
